CONFORMING PAYMENT NOTICE

In order for your payment to be considered conforming, all payments must be made in US currency and must be accompanied by the account number, remittance slip, or payment coupon provided.  Mailed payments must be sent to Bank of Thayer, P O Box 35, Thayer, MO  65791 or Howell County Bank, P O Box 468, West Plains, MO  65775.  Loan payments may also be made in person to personnel at any of our banking locations.  These payments will be posted and credited to the account as of that business day if received during our hours of operation as follows:

         Bank of Thayer/Branch        M – F             9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  CST

         HCB Branch                         M – F              8:00 AM to 6:00 PM  CST

         Alton Branch                         M – Th            8:30 AM to 4:30 PM  CST

                                                        F                     8:30 AM to 5:00 PM  CST

ATM payments and payments received by wire are considered nonconforming.  Nonconforming payments may take longer to process.

All other payments, including payments by Voice Access, online banking, or payments received on Saturday, will be credited no later than the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
